Ian’s training and meal plans were the difference between possibly me going over 100kg and me now being a professional athlete competing 65.8 – 70.3kg. I searched and asked a number of people (Personal Trainers) for assistance when I was at my heaviest and never felt I was taken serious or given any clear guidance and direction.
